Your handle is used to identify you on the site and if we need to contact you. You email address is used to contact you only when you request contact, such as through our newsletter or when you create content on the site. Other personal information may be collected, but is optional. The user can always remove it and no log of that information is kept by Shabam Development.

We may also collect information about your IP address, browser and other information. This information is used for security and statistical information only.

We do use cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our Web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable Shabam Development to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Our cookies do have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Advertising appearing on our Web site may collect your IP address, browser and other information. Shabam Development is not responsible for what information the advertisers collect. If you are worried about the information a specific advertiser is collecting, please report this in our contact form and we will look into it. If the information collected does not comply with the Shabam Development's policies we will terminate our relationship with that advertiser.

Collected information will be used for statistical and security uses only. We will never sell or allow another company to use any of your information from our site. We may share non-personal information with third parties for statistical purposes. This information will not include any personal information such as name or email address. In rare cases personal information may need to be shared with law enforcement.

Users can choose to be on our newsletter mailing lists. Users can unsubscribe from these lists at any time. The mailing list will never be shared with a third party.

Problem Resolution:

Changes to Policy:

This policy can be changed at any time. If the policy is changed a notice will be sent via the newsletter, we will post a notice in our news section and we will give a two (2) week period for comments to be expressed via the contact form. Clarifications, typographical errors and other corrections will skip the two week review period.
