HTML Guide

HTML or Hyper-Text Markup Language and is a scripting language used to display web pages. If you are interested in designing web pages, then this guide is for you. This guide will introduce you to HTML, it's history, current status, and future goals. You will then be guided through all the different tags that can be used in HTML with their properties and examples of their uses. At the end of the guide you will find some example code, tutorials and homework for you to improve your HTML coding.

In order to use this guide you will need a browser, which you must have if you are viewing this guide, a text editor and some time and patience. This guide is going to take a lot of time to write. If you are viewing this page early on, you will find that many of the sections mentioned above are not yet available. That is most likely because they have net yet been written.
